OurProperty allows you to control which inspection types require the Minimum Rental Standards checklist to be completed before allowing the inspection to be completed - this is for Victorian properties only.

If the Minimum Rental Standards is Not completed in the PM Inspect app the inspection cannot be completed and synced to the OurProperty servers.

The PM must complete everything to the best of their ability and tick the tickbox to validate entered details.

Any details already available on the Property Record will merge in to the inspection data so you are not always starting from scratch - simply update and tick.

How to Select Inspection Types for Min Standards

  1. Log in to your agency's Office Manager account and go to Settings > Inspection

2. Scroll to find the setting "Mandatory Min Standard (VIC)"
Click to highlight/select the inspection types to set as requiring Min Standards to be completed before allowing completion.

Tip: To select multiple Hold Down 'CTRL' and click.

3. Click save to update the change.

Note:

The Minimum Rental Standards are merged to the inspection data when the inspection is scheduled and is updated back to the property record on inspection completion/send.

Any updates to the details after scheduling will not merge to the report. Please complete the details before scheduling the inspection (if needed).

Minimum Rental Standards can also be updated in the website portal if it needs to be changed.
