After accessing the Requests tab via the menu on the Left Hand Side of the dashboard you will be taken to your pending requests, usually from tenants that want to report maintenance at their property.
The screen will look similar to the one below.
The next step in this process is to either 1. Know what your landlords spending limit is and authorise a quote/work order OR you may wish to refer this to the Landlord for their approval or suggestions.
From this page you can access all the request notes by clicking on the request title, however there are quick actions located in the far right column. The blue outward facing arrow is the shortcut for "Refer to Landlord" and this can be a quick and easy way to do this.
If you want to review the information further, click the request title.
You will then relocate to the job screen.
If you have reviewed this page and have decided you want to send this to the landlord, scroll to the bottom of this screen.
The Button "Refer to Landlord" will be visible.
Clicking this will display the following pop up window;
We encourage users to type a personal message into the free text section, however it is not a requirement.
To Preview how the landlord will see this, Click Preview. An example of this is below.
The Job will now move from New Requests to Waiting on LL Approval.
