Periodic Renewal = This is to be used when you are renewing a current periodic lease to a new periodic lease agreement and issuing the tenant a new lease document to sign as per the standard lease process. Tenants will be emailed and prompted to sign this document and the process will not be finalised until they do so.
Periodic Recommended = This is to be used when tenants are currently on a fixed term lease (i.e with an end date), and you want to recommend a periodic renewal to the landlord.
Periodic No Lease - This is to be used when you want your clients to go onto a Periodic lease renewal but you DO NOT issue a new agreement, there is no document to be signed. A letter only gets sent to the tenant to advise the periodic tenancy continues under the same rent and term. No follow up will be done by Our Property.
