The Password Strength and Password Expiry settings are available in the agency settings accessible only by an Office Manager account.

  1. Log in as the Office Manager account for your agency and go to Settings > Preferences

  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page to find the 2 settings.
    "Property Manager Password Strength"
    "Password Expiry"

3. Tick and select as required and Save to update the new settings.

Property Manager Password Strength option forces the Property Managers/Office Admins to set a Password with the following factors. A red alert box appears to the user to advise of the requirements.

  • Password must be at least 8 characters long.

  • Password must not be same as any of the last 4 Password you have used.

  • Password must include at least one uppercase letter.

  • Password must include one or more lowercase letters.

  • Password must include at least one number.

  • Password must include at least one special character i.e. #,@,%,!

Password Expiry option forces the Property Managers/Office Admins to Reset their Password on every 15, 30 or 90 day.

If a Property Manager or Office Admin user has not updated their password in last 15, 30 or 90 days, they will be redirected to the following Reset Password page when they login where they can set New Password.
