Occasionally, you may have multiple tasks for the same tradesperson to attend to at the same property. This might happen when you're doing an inspection and reporting multiple maintenance tasks.

You can use this feature to:

  • Save on call-out fees for each job

  • Or if the tradesperson has requested it

Alternatively, your tradesperson might prefer all tasks to be in separate work orders. This is something you will have to work out with your tradespeople.

How to Merge Maintenance Requests

To merge maintenance jobs go to the Requests page via Maintenance > Requests.

  1. Tick all the requests that you want to merge.

  2. Click the Merge Requests button at the top of the Requests page

This will merge all the selected requests into one job request for your tradie.
