However, there are times when a Landlord will advise you a maintenance job has been completed and has requested you mark the job as completed on their behalf.
Mark as Completed
To mark the job as completed on behalf of the landord, first open the job's details page.
Tip: Easiest way to find a job is to search for the address with the magnifying glass at the top of the page.
Scroll to the bottom of the page to find the button 'Complete on behalf of LL'
Add your notes/reason in the popup window and click on 'Mark as completed'
The tenant is then asked for their feedback to confirm that their maintenance request has been attended to and has been rectified to a suitable standard.
If positive feedback is received, the job is considered completed and closed.
If negative feedback is received, both you and the landlord are notified. You will need to contact both parties to discuss the matter further.
The tenant has 7 days to respond. If no feedback is received, the job is considered completed and closed.
