You can now track your unpaid Water Invoices and any other tenant invoices at any time through the Landlord Portal. These invoices are displayed o the main Summary page as well as for each property in the My Properties page.
This section displays the address for the invoices, a brief invoice description, the amount outstanding and when the invoice is/was due.
And on the Summary page, you can upload your invoice through the portal to send directly to your property manager. Simply clicking the Plus (+) symbol at the right corner of the Water Invoices section, click 'Browse' to attach the document and then 'Send'.
